Welcome the New Year with an elegant five-course dinner set against the sparkling backdrop of North Sound. Our culinary team has crafted a celebratory menu that moves from the richness of roasted chestnut soup and garlic-herb mussels to delicate courses of chilled oysters, vibrant winter salads, and your choice of standout entrées—pan-seared wahoo, filet mignon, butter-poached lobster tail, or a beautifully layered root vegetable Wellington.

Dessert brings its own fireworks: key lime pie, rum baba with tropical fruits, dark and white chocolate mousse with tamarind, or a champagne-orange charlotte—each a final toast to the year gone by.

A refined, unhurried evening designed for savoring every moment as you prepare to usher in 2026.
